Course Profile


After extensive deliberations and discussions with the industry, students and their parents, Maharshi Dayanand University conceptualized a unique and innovative 3 – Year full time regular BBA ( Industry Integrated ) programme. This programme is aimed at developing management skills, job knowledge and hard-core experience to handle dynamic business situations.


Eligibility


Successful 10+2 students or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from Board of Education recognized by the University, are eligible for enrollment to this course.

Selection Process


Enrolled students will be admitted to the programme after successful interview by the Training Industry.

Award of Degree


The students after successfully completing this 3-year Regular Degree Programme, during which their theoretical and practical training is duly evaluated, will be awarded the Bachelor of Business Administration (Industry Integrated) Degree by Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

Unique Features

  1. Students will be interviewed and short listed by reputed Industry or Corporate for admissions.
  2. Selected students will undergo 2.5 year on the job Training in leading Industry/Corporate.
  3. Industry may pay monthly stipend to the students as per University norms.
  4. Regular Classroom sessions will be held in Institutes / Colleges at flexi timings.

Programme Methodology

This programme has consciously adopted the Industry Integrated pattern of education so as to equip the students with the requisite skills-set to meet the Industry requirements. The students would undergo in-house training in first semester to prepare themselves to get equipped with the required skills to step into the real work environment. From second semester onwards, the student would have to work in the Industry / Corporate for 3-4 days a week and simultaneously would sttend flexi-time theoretical classroom sessions, for minimum 18 hrs a programme would run under semester system. Each semester would conclude with an examination, conducted by the University. The industry evaluation of the students will be incorporated in the final degree award.
